Testimonials

Thank you Jim. We ran our first class through this afternoon and it was a huge success! They were skeptical at first but everyone was a believer at the end of the day. Many took the time to thank me and expressed how much fun it was! I couldn't agree more. Thanks again,
Chip Ford, AEP SWEPCO

We greatly enjoyed the last few days and the sessions went well yesterday. One of the great moments from yesterday was when we had a nay-sayer come up, go through the training, and then be converted. He even went back to the weekly meeting his group hold and talked about how great the whole process was. This word of mouth process will serve us well.
Dene Geary, Canadian Nuclear

We have had great success with the simulator so far. All of our meter reading department has been through the training and they are preparing to send our Field and Meter Service employees though.

Hi Jim,
I wanted to let you know how fabulous the work at Westinghouse went. As you already know the team there was really excited about training and that has really exploded. The company is now talking about buying several more units and the CEO is coming to try it out on Monday! Congratulations! Thank you and great work! I sincerely appreciate the passion you bring to this effort and the way you connect with our clients.

Jim,
I hope you are well. We are fine here, just did a train the trainer session on Monday, I now have 32 trainers after we had such success and a 64.3% reduction in STF injuries.  No more commercials for me ever.
Stay safe and take care brother.
 Sincerely,
 Jon Parker, BP-Husky

Just got off our call with Brookhaven. Lots of good news to share! I will send you notes.
My favorite quote for you: “Jim did a great job of training the trainers. He was a real asset to us.” – Ed Nowak, Brookhaven National Laboratory
They are talking about having you come back for a little refresher course, but it’s all going well. Great job!
Lisa Garcia, Industrial BioDynamics

The training is unique and hands-on which keeps operators engaged. We have implemented this training for all new employees. This step demonstrates our commitment to reducing slips, trips and falls.

Thought I would take a minute to tell you about a success story.
Last week, I was in an event learning for a serious injury.  Employee was moving a pole and ended up injuring his arm.  One of the concerns that was brought up was using overshoes more often due to regulations.  The team decided to do some testing on the simulator as part of their action items.  Not only did we get several ah-ha’s from it, but it generated great discussion about work in the field.  One of the lineman said, “I didn’t know what to expect, but I truly learned something today.  This piece of equipment is worth every penny.”  Another crew leaders said, “It is nice to fail in a safe environment and learn instead of doing it the hard way.”    We have had success with the training thus far, but I believe we took it to another level today.  Utilizing it as a tool to test different scenarios/footwear that have caused injuries. I’m a believer!
